Mr. P Prathap Reddy is the Chairman and Managing Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Arts (History) from Pachaiyappa’s College, Chennai. He is responsible for managing the end to end business of our Company. He has more than 27 years of experience in the field of cement, power, construction, alumina, logistics, shipping and hospitality business. He has been a Director of our Company since incorporation.

Mr. Lakshmi Kantham Dabbara is the Executive Director of our Company. He holds a provisional bachelor’s degree in Science from Sri Venkateswara University. He is responsible for the operations of all the plants of our Company including procurement of raw materials, commercial production and manufacturing operations. He has more than 32 years of experience in the field of cement business. He has been a Director of our Company since July 8, 1992.

Mrs. P. Deepthi Reddy is the Non-Executive Director of our Company. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The University of Wales, Cardiff. She is a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and is responsible for the formulation of policies. She has more than nine years of experience in the field of business administration and power projects. She has been a Director of our Company since August 20, 2014.

Mr. P. Venugopal Reddy is the Non-Executive Director of our Company. He is a Higher Secondary pass from St. Joseph High School, Mariyapuram. He is the member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company and is responsible for the formulation of criteria for the evaluation of independent directors and the Board, policies on Board diversity . He is currently the Managing Director of Pioneer Builders Limited and has more than 14 years of experience in the field of Construction and Infrastructure. He has been a Director of our Company since September 29, 2001.

Mr. P. Pradeep Kumar is the Independent Director of our Company. He holds a master’s degree in Science from the University of Madras and is a certified associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers. He is a part of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and is responsible for reviewing and approving the compensation strategy from time to time and to identify persons who are qualified to become directors or who may be appointed in the senior management under the criteria laid down. He has previously worked with the State Bank of India for a period of over 39 years. He has been a Director of our Company since May 18, 2018.

Mr. Kancherla Ravindranath is the Independent Director of our Company. He holds a master’s degree in Surgery from the University of Madras. He is a member of the IPO Committee and is responsible for the establishment of the framework for the company’s risk management process and ensure its interpretation, enable compliance with appropriate regulations. He has been a Director of our Company since June 14, 2018.

Mr. Anil Kumar K is the Independent Director of our Company. He holds a master’s degree in Science from the University of Delhi. He is the Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company and is responsible for reviewing and approving the compensation strategy of the Company from time to time and to identify persons who are qualified to become directors or who may be appointed in the senior management under the criteria laid down. He has been a Director of our Company since May 18, 2018

Mr. Mocherla Sairam is the Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Osmania University. He is also a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is a member of the Audit Committee of the Company and is responsible for the functions of the Audit Committee, such as evaluation of inter financial controls and risk management systems, approving or modifying transactions of the Company with the related parties. He has more than 22 years of experience in the field of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, business transformation & restructuring, public-private partnerships and infrastructure development. He has been a Director of our Company since May 18, 2018.

Umanath Varahabhotla is a Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. She holds a doctorate of Business Administration from Corllins University and a M. Phil in Hospital & Health Systems Management from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani (Rajasthan), India. She has also been recognised as a fellow in counciling & guidance by the South Asian International Educational Services, UK and has completed master of science in counselling and psychotherapy from the Institute of Psycotherapy and Management Sciences. She has several years of experience in the field of healthcare, hospital system management and corporate social responsibility. She is also involved in strategy creation, building hospital relations, developing businesses for emergency medicine capacity.

Mr Rajiv Kumar, Chief Operating Officer is a seasoned professional with rich and diversified experience of 3 decades. He had started his professional journey as Management Trainee in ACC and reached to the level of Chief Commercial Officer of Holcim group Company Ambuja Cement Limited. He has played leadership roles in various functions across multiple locations has played leadership roles in various functions across multiple locations with cement majors. He is known for his passion, commitment, customer centricity and delivering exceptional results under challenging conditions.

Petluru Venugopal Reddy is the Director (Finance) of our Company. He was appointed to this post with effect from March 22, 2006. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Sri Venkateshwara University. He is also an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Prior to joining our Company he was working with C. Ramachandram & Co. Chartered Accountants as a Partner.

Mr K. Jayagopal, Chief Marketing Officer with an impressive 37-year career in the Cement Industry, he has excelled in leadership roles across Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and operational excellence. His experience spans renowned organizations, including multinational corporations, where he successfully led large teams to achieve ambitious business goals—recognized for his strategic thinking and exceptional negotiation skills. He possesses deep expertise in brand scaling and network development in trade and Non-Trade sectors.

Raj Kumar Singh is the Company Secretary of our Company. He was appointed to this post with effect from September 7, 2011. He is also an Associate of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Prior to joining our Company he was working as a Company Secretary in Moschip Semiconductor Technology, Parasakti Cement Industries Limited and Indu Spin Industries limited.
